How does House of Florals AU work?
We offer a daily selection of fresh, hand-picked blooms crafted into a beautiful, ready-to-gift bouquet. Order before 12 pm (AEST) and enjoy same-day delivery across Melbourne. Each day’s arrangement is different based on seasonal availability, so you'll always receive something unique!
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across most areas of Melbourne. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your suburb, simply check during checkout or get in touch with us.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Yes, we do charge a delivery fee, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode.
Can I select a time for my delivery?
Currently, we don’t offer specific delivery time slots. Our daily deliveries occur between 9 am and 6 pm. If you need a specific delivery window, please contact us ahead of time to discuss options (extra charges may apply).
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If no one is home to receive the delivery, we’ll either leave the bouquet in a safe place (with your permission) or return it to our studio for redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply, and the flowers may need to be replaced if they can’t be returned in good condition.
Will my blooms look exactly like the picture on the website?
Each bouquet is made with the freshest seasonal flowers available, so while the style and colour scheme remain consistent, the exact flowers may vary depending on what’s in season. Rest assured, your bouquet will be just as beautiful!
What should I do if I’ve provided the wrong address?
If you realise you’ve made a mistake with the delivery address, please reach out to us as soon as possible via inquire@wwwhouseoffloralsau.com. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll update it for you. If it has, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
Do you deliver to my suburb?
We offer delivery across Melbourne, but we recommend checking the postcode at checkout to confirm we can deliver to your area.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation. For updates during the day, feel free to email us, and we’ll provide you with any available details.
What special instructions can I include?
If there’s anything important we need to know - like a tricky gate, entrance details, or a particular spot to leave your flowers - let us know in the checkout notes. We’ll make sure everything goes smoothly.
