Orders

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products and services. House of Florals AU reserves the right to accept, refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our sole discretion - even after payment has been made.

Customers are not permitted to purchase any of our products for resale.

Once your order is placed and accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at inquire@wwwhouseoffloralsau.com or via DM on Instagram.

Pricing & payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD.
  • Prices may change at any time without notice.
  • If you’ve already paid for a product, we will not request additional payment if the price increases later.
  • Prices do not include delivery. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Promotional discounts apply to products only and do not include shipping costs.

Delivery

  • We deliver across Melbourne.
  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 pm AEST.
  • Delivery times are between 9 am – 6 pm AEST.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time unless arranged via email at inquire@wwwhouseoffloralsau.com(additional fees apply).
  • Delivery fees are based on the recipient’s postcode. If the incorrect delivery zone is selected, we will request the difference before dispatching the order.
  • We use reputable courier partners. Orders are dispatched upon full payment.
  • We aim to deliver on the requested date but are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • House of Florals AU is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during transit. Please report any issues immediately. Replacements are at our discretion (refer to our refund policy).

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check the accuracy of delivery details when placing your order. If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information:

  • We are not responsible for the failed delivery.
  • You will be contacted using the details provided.
  • Redelivery and/or product replacement fees may apply.

Undeliverable items

Items will be returned to our warehouse if:

  • The recipient is unavailable and no safe drop-off location is accessible.
  • The address is incorrect or cannot be located.

In this case, the customer will be liable for any fees related to return, storage, or disposal. We can attempt redelivery with new delivery and replacement fees if necessary.

We are not responsible for missing items once they’ve been left in a safe place.

Flowers are perishable; we strongly recommend that recipients collect their order as soon as they are notified.

Changing your order address

If you need to change your delivery address, you must notify us in writing at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.

If you notify us on the same day as delivery, we will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee it. If a delivery driver needs to reroute, an additional delivery fee will apply.
